About me
Hi, I'm Sara.
I'm a graduate of McGill University, holding a bachelor's degree in Dietetics (RD) and a master's degree (MSc) in Human Nutrition. I am a member of l'Ordre des diététistes-nutritionnistes du Québec (ODNQ).
My mission is to help individuals develop sustainable, healthy eating habits to support weight-loss goals, enhance overall well-being, & prevent chronic diseases.
Nutrition has always been a true passion of mine, and I believe the first step toward achieving your health goals begins with meaningful dietary changes.
Weight loss is no easy task. With over five years of consultation experience, I’ve developed an expertise in the field of weight management. This allows me to guide my clients more effectively toward reaching their weight-loss goals.
